Sharon High School is in the process of updating its curriculum. I would like to get better insight into the 9-12 ELA and Social Studies curriculums to share with concerned parents. This information will be distributed to Sharon Parents CARE, a grassroots organization of 250+ parents interested in maintaining the academic rigor of Sharon Public Schools.
I am requesting the following public records for the 2021-2022 year (or 2020-2021 if not available).
Pacing documents for every class in the ELA department for grades 9-12.
Pacing documents for every class in the Social Studies department for grades 9-12.
Lists of all texts (books, short stories, etc) and videos available for teachers to assign to students to read in every ELA class for grades 9-12.
Lists of all texts (books, short stories, etc) and videos available for teachers to assign to students to read in every Social Studies class for grades 9-12.
