Hope you are enjoying the amazing fall weather we have been having. I’d like to make a public records request regarding deleveling. I heard the district is working a multi-year plan besides the one posted as part of the school improvement plan.

I am looking for digital records
- To/From Dr Botelho with plans for deleveling math in the middle school or any subject in the high school.
- To/From Dr Gorsuch with plans for deleveling math in the middle school or high school.

Timeline limited to past 12 months.

In November, I requested all emails To/From Dr Botelho with plans to delevel subjects in the high school.  He claimed he had zero records, yet less than a month later, the administration presented plans to delevel physics, world languages, and English at the high school.  

I do not believe I received a complete response from Dr Botelho. To ensure that no records are omitted, in this new request, I would appreciate if you would ask all the record holders individually. That way if one of the people send an email to another, I would get a copy of both the email from the sender and the receiver. 

This is a new request for digital records, timeframe August 1, 2021 to present. 

1. To/From Dr Botelho discussing deleveling math in the middle school or any subject in the high school. 

2. To/From head of world languages department discussing deleveling any world language classes in the high school.

3. To/From head of science department or science curriculum coordinator discussing deleveling any science classes in the high school. 

4. To/From head of English department or English curriculum coordinator discussing deleveling any English classes in the high school. 

Include any meeting invitation to discuss deleveling verbally.
