Chinese

• Chinese School. Teaches Singapore math, music, and culture in Chinese.

• Westwood Chinese School. Chinese language, culture, and other tutoring for both native and non-native speakers.

Hebrew

• Mayan Baram. Beginner Modern Hebrew lessons for children ages 7+ and adults. Mayan has lived in Israel for 15 years and teaches Hebrew at a Jewish Day School in the Boston area.

Latin

• Tres Columnae. Learn Latin joyfully. Recommended by Sharon families for independent tutoring or your can assemble a class to get discounted rates.

Russian

• English for Kids. Side-by-side poems and stories in both Russian and English. Kolobok, Tsar Saltan, etc.

• Petropol bookstore in Newton, MA (used to be in Brookline). They have a somewhat random selection of Russian books. They also let you order online. http://petropol.com

• Ozon.ru. The delivery is super fast, prices are so much better than here, even with shipping costs.

• Labirint.ru, delivery also fast. That said , specifying US address was a problem, but eventually worked.

Spanish

• Barnes and Nobles in Walpole mall has a Spanish language section. They have some translations in Spanish of some bestsellers and English classics too.

All

• Savers on Rt 1, Norwood has a foreign language book section. Spanish, French, Russian, German, and Italian used books $3.00-$4.00.
